Honor 9 Lite has pretty much secured the camera division with quad-cameras onboard. With dual cameras on both the sides, the Honor 9 Lite has strong camera specs to take down the single cameras on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. There are two 13 MP + 2 MP cameras on the front as well as the rear side on the Honor 9 Lite whereas the Redmi Note 5 just offers a 12 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera.
Regarding the dual-camera setup, the secondary cameras are meant to feature a camera aspect like wide-angle, Monochrome sensor, or depth sensing capabilities. The secondary 2 MP cameras on the Honor 9 Lite are for depth-measuring which adds a bokeh effect in the background. Is it that the higher number of cameras intends a better image quality? Well, for that you need to check out the images captured from both the phone cameras and figure out yourself which one looks better.
